My hat doesnt cover my neck, but it does pretty well keeping the head warm.

I was at Alder Creek yesterday, and they have a thin nylon/fleece undershirt to be worn under a wetsuit. When I asked him what the difference between this and wearing plain fleece is, there is no difference except that the shirt is a tighter, stretchy fit. Does anybody wear fleece pullover under a wetsuit? What about over it, and under a paddling jacktet?
