I just got a neoprene/fleece pullover hat, with the chin strap attached. Kokatat maybe? It's thin neoprene and thin fleece, but stays on tight. Water does get into the ears though. Also got some neoprene booties for xmas, havent tried them yet. Fuzzy rubber underneath a standard paddling jacket? That sounds worth looking into, thanks!
