Some very good points.

I sure hope there are no more regulations. There are plenty of them right now. Why not just let Darwinism take over?

What you said about private harbors not allowing kayakers in, now that disturbs me. I thought that provided you did not touch the ground there was no way to keep people off a body of water like a bay or harbor. In fact, where I am provided you stay below the high water mark you are not trespassing either. Guess I'll have to look into that again.

Keep the posts coming, they have prompted me to look into rules and regs and learn more.
