Yes strips of economical non directional glow.Not sure of the idea yet as I don't like light taking away my night vision and I paddle a feathered blade so I see one blade back all the time and then does a boater think we are flagging over help?
I have moved east due to the job and can't ask my Coast Guard (Canadian) buddies
Jury is still out on this one.
