He is actively promoting suits of kayak manufacturers and is attempting to organize a class action suit against the industry. Go to the rec.boats.paddle newsgroup and see for yourself. This guy is crazy and dangerous.

Regardless of the merits of the product, he does not deserve our support. One thing's for sure, he'll never see a penny from me.
