: I enjoy paddling with one or two other people for company. It seems like
: trying to find somebody with the same schedule as mine is difficult so I
: probably spend 90% of my time paddling solo and I enjoy it. I am more
: careful when paddling solo than when I am with a couple of other paddlers.: Brought to you from beautiful Unalaska/Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
: N 53°51.140' W 166°30.228'I purchased my kayak originally as a work out tool, I live on a large river that is damed about 3mi up stream. I paddle myself out there about three times a week. As a strong swimmer I am pretty confidant that I can get myself out of trouble pretty easily. It is hard to find companions to paddle a a moments notice. I also like to glide up on deer and such, also to spot trout in the pockets upstream. Its kind of my time to collect myself..
regards pat
