I've got a Rule 1000 GPH in my Gulfstream, and an Attwood 400 GPH in my Guillemot, and I actually like the 400 better. While the Rule will empty a FULL boat pretty quickly, when the water gets low it will suck air much sooner than the 400 and stop pumping. In other words, the 400 will get more water out and not take too much more time doing it.
