How about starting your own 'club'? Kind of like the South Sound Wooden Sea Kayakers. Jerry started it up and we got locals from the board interested. I know there are at least a couple of wooden kayak paddlers in your area. One of them comes up here once a month to paddle with us. You could even hook up with Phil, and join us up here, or we could do a trip down there.
