: book were repetitious or "well, I already knew that!" sort of
: things.Maybe this is all true. Maybe my expectations were wrong for the book. When I bought it I did have expectations of being immersed into these people's misadventures and getting the he** scared out of me. Well, ok, maybe that is pushing it a bit, but you get the idea.
I also know this is just me - so many people have liked and recommended the book. For someone who knows nothing of kayak safety it is important to read.
