Warm weather inn-to-inn paddling destinations

Where can we go? We want to take a multi-day sea kayak (or canoe) trip in February in warm weather. The catch is we want to stay in inns/hotels instead of camping. At least for most nights. There are many outfitters that do this for cross-country skiiers with lodge-to-lodge or hut-to-hut trips. Do you know of any equivalents for paddlers? Thanks!
P.S. If you don't have any ideas, do you know of any resources where I might find this info (on the net or otherwise)?
