Even at that, without having read good things from people who have bought from them, Id be hesitant. I suspect we'll be seeing more internet companies in the future, and that like any other retailer, they'll thrive or die on reputation.

: addresses that with a very liberal return policy and solid warrantys. If
: you buy something from them and don't like it, you can return it and they
: will even pay the return shipping. Aside from that, their products are
: well made and perform as well as more expensive gear. At least that's true
: of the paddles and paddling jacket, of which I have purchased two each. If
: you call them, you'll also find that they are friendly, low key and very
: honest. They seem to understand that they have to work a bit harder to
: please their customers because of the way they market their merchandise.
