Hi Christian, How else is the Calabria different? I had a fellow in my basic class that got a Kodiak for the same reasons you state, there's something satisfyingly industrial about prijon boats. Maybe it's that they don't turn to lasagna after a few years of use. cheers

: Of course I'm slightly biased, but give the Calabria a try if you are looking
: for a 14'5" daytripper with great initial stability and a large
: cockpit. If you are looking for a more expedition-worthy craft give the
: Kodiak a try. It's overall a bit narrower, but offers the same large
: cockpit as well as greater carrying capacity. Germans are not known for
: their "petite stature" ...so you may find the adjustable
: thighbraces as well as the adjustable seat to your liking.

: Surf to http://www.wildnet.com/kodiak.htm or
: http://www.wildnet.com/calabria.htm for more information

: Hope this helps

: Christian Hollmann
