In Response To: Welcome to the dark side, Lee (Brian Nystrom)
a funny thing happened when using it..my awareness of stability went to my gut and not in my hands on the power portion of the stroke. It was subtle but kind of profound. I took yoga regularly for about a half year five yrs ago and started noticing something different about how I stood on the ground.
I really don't want to give up my standard 220cm 60 RH paddle but I'd like to learn something else.
