: Perform rescue 3A so you are flat on top of the upside down yak facing the
: stern. From this nicely brace position, ROLL the kayak beneath you like a
: log roller.

One is not standing up like a logroller. Your body is tight to the kayak as low as you can be while rolling it beneath you with legs and arms still straddling the yak the whole time so you are fairly balanced the whole time. I was meaning that the yak rolls beneath sorta like the log etc etc
