Thanks for all responses on seasick and rolling. My rolling sick started on land during an exercise of putting my head way back on the stern of my kayak and doing a quick lift up. then i got in to the water and practiced 1/2 roll doing hip snap and lifting head up all that created disorintation and nausea so this last time I just worked on the entire roll all in one motion. It was better not perfect but better I also took bonine first and that helped i will try the ear plugs and the ginger and will let ya know I look forward to one day actually having a decent roll. thanks lynette
