Kathy,
I'd skip the rollers and use just saddles front and back. I have two saddles on one side and a saddle/roller combo on the other. The boats slide just as easily onto the saddles as they do with the rollers (One of my boats is a Storm).
In high winds, the saddle system tie-around has some give, so the wind doesn't push the car around. The rollers, however, use a tie-around onto the crossbars of the rack. In a high wind, the Storm catches the wind and the force is transmitted to the car. I was once driving the NY State Thruway in very heavy winds and the car was often blown a foot or two sideways. A hair-raising drive.
