: marginal.I have no idea what any of that means, but a few years ago I worked for a summer in the high high high arctic. We were issued guns to carry around for polar bear protection. I don't know anything about guns - as far as I know, they were 12-gauge shotguns with hollow-point slugs. We were told "hit your target (forehead) with the first shot, you won't get a second one" Never did see any bears.
