It's called a catheter condom. A friend who paddles off shore in Oregon (out for long hours) uses one. He cut a small hole in his dry suit leg, ran the tube thru it and sealed the suit hole shut around it. Now he just flops his leg over the side of the kayak and lets it run.
We usually just brace boats together and use a pee bottle or go over the side.
