It was about abs for me.
Years of low back pain, doctors, physiotherapy and chiropractors had me convinced low back pain was something I had to live with.
Then as the result of an unrelated injury I visited yet another physiotherapist recommended by a friend. She solved that problem and got me on the path to eliminating my back pain. A series of stretches for the back followed by a program of exercises greatly strengthening my core muscles was the answer.
For me it turns out to be about very strong abs. As a big strong guy so I was initially very skeptical although I faithfully followed instructions.
In very short order there were positive changes. Now low back pain is a memory. I am certainly motivated to continue the hard work that keeps the abs tuned up like they never have been.
This may not be the solution for you but investigating such a strategy for yourself could help find a solution. Good luck.
I suppose I should add I have been slowly dropping wieght over the past 2 years as well which certainly must help although the origonal back pain was part of my life long before any wieght gain.
