I would check automotive paints. I haven't worked with paint for a long time but I remember that fiberglass is often painted. The newer ( my age is showing)cars have plastic parts that are painted. Stop at an auto parts store and read the paint manufacturers manual. Be sure to use the recommended primers or sealers. Also check personal safety requirements; some solvents are toxic. An auto body shop could help too.
