So you are designing a Microsoft style cart that just quits every once in a while unless you unload the boat, wait ten seconds and reload it again?
You could call it "Yakcart 04" and release it in 2007.
You could ignore design flaws and then force customers to buy upgrades to fix your mistakes.
After two years you could cut off tech support forcing everyone to buy a newer version.
You could coerce kayak manufacturers into designing boats that would only fit on your cart. (caution - this may lead to an anti-trust suit and the lawyers win again)

Let us know where we can buy stock.
