Congratulations. A couple of thoughts:
Keep working on your off-side roll. Often if you miss your on-side roll you'll be close to your off-side setup position. And vice versa.

I often slap the water with my paddle blade if I have any question about my blade angle as I'm setting up. It lets me know that I have my paddle on the surface and gives me some feel of the blade angle.
