Don't take it wrong, I would never disrepect the skills of ww boaters. The skill set required to just make it home in that environment is awesome. It must weed out all the stuff that sea kayakers find (unprepared people who don't take what they're doing seriously until they're in the water praying to the guy they're about to meet).
I was more taking issue with the attitude that ww boaters are the beginning and the end, having a sea kayak is some sort of handicap. We all need to get along, it's all water and it's all good.
