It is a very boxy hull. There is very little deadrise amidships. The chines curve up a lot at the ends, but the keel runs quite straight, just a little rocker at the bow. There is hardly any flare. It also has a lot of sheer. This all results in a hull with great primary stability, and strong secondary. It is strong tracking but turns well when edged. It doesn't appear to weathercock or leecock. Ir rolls and balance braces nicely, but has stable points on all 4 surfaces (top bottom & both sides). It is slow for a kayak that is 17'8" x 20".
: Can you tell us more about the shape of your hull? How large underwater?
: Significant deadrise?: Thanks
