Cool drives decision

In Response To: Feathering (Robert Woodard)

Many see feathered blades as cooler...the rhealm of expert paddlers, so they want to look cool. In redeo, ww, and surf, we're seeing very low feather angles down to zero. So now it's seen as cool to be unfeathered in some camps. Do whatever makes you feel cool, and get good with it. It also depends upon your paddling peer group. Paddling well is what matters, and that can be accomplished with any feather angle between 90 and zero!
