So i managed to "piss off" at least 2 Prijon fans. No offence was intended.
Prijons prior to the Barracuda have widely been considered "touring" kayaks, and nice ones at that, suitable for coastal work. WW Prijons aside, they are not the topic here.
What defines a sea kayak is the hull, not the fittings or the use people may put their boats to. Wide boxy hulls, nice as they may be, don't really qualify.
And then there are Sea Kayaks, the few superior designs, that rise above the ordinary sea boats.
What you consider an insult to Prijon is not from my pen; it is a fact that the Barracuda is MARKETED as "the first real sea boat from Prijon, at long last".
Ain't life cruel; one may love one's tub ever so dearly, but the wolrd don't think it the seventh wonder, just "a nice tourer"!
