: BobI usually let out a "Woo hoo!" louder than anyone needs to hear. I don't worry about looking like an ass...when you hear a loud yippee at a pool session, it only happens for one reason.
When you see someone hit their own first roll, remember how your own first roll felt, and let them know that, Darn It, it is a big deal, and they did well!
