I don't think it is in Minnesota. I think it is held at Batchewanna Bay or Agawa Bay in Ontario. It is usually held about the first week of November and sponsored by the Great Lakes Sea Kayakers.

The president used to be Stan Chladek and the GLSKA Symposium contact was Larry Merx. Do some internet searches and you will find it and them.
