5 KM when I'm lazy.
8 KM for my normal workout pace.
9 KM in a race.
2 KM when its just too nice outside to rush.

By the way, all of this is in my 19 foot, 22 inch wide Seda Glider with a wing paddle. I don't have the numbers yet since I'm still rebuilding the cockpit, but I should be able to go considerably faster in my Necky Phantom.
