Brent Reitz has a web page which describes the video and gives purchasing information.
I'm a big proponent of Brent's tape, and his classes should you be fortunate enough to be able to take one. (I'm also the person who introduced Reg Lake to the video.) I emphasize the class because of the immediate feedback. For me, there is a rather tenuous connection between what my mind thinks is going on and what my body is blithely doing. Any kind of feedback on reality - coaching, video, etc. - is much better than just trying on my own. I thought my torso rotation was pretty good, but Brent got me rotating the full upper body. It added inches to the catch of my stroke, which in turn gave me a real, measured increase in speed and power. Sure it demands more effort, and maybe I don't want to go all day with a loaded boat at that level, but if I'm racing or want that extra power I'm glad I know where to get some of it.
Do I sometimes/often/usually look pretty wimpy and arm paddly at the end of a race or a long day paddling? Absolutely, but that's engine failure and not a fault in the correctness of the basic stroke mechanics.
