Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Duct tape and foam this weekend I guess. I do sort of spill out of the Navigator's cockpit, come to think of it. So you think the upturned bow might even be an asset? I'll touch base after I tighten up the cockpit feel. Thanks.

I tried the Chilco this past weekend--the aft deck is pretty low for a
: production boat....proponents of Greenland style kayaks say upturned
: greenland bows and sterns actually make rolling easier, since the boat
: won't rest exactly upside down.

: One thing I noticed--not sure if the other Seawards are similar--was that the
: knee hooks aren't really hooks. A tiny wedge of minicell would make a huge
: difference.
