Learn something like what? Humility?

OK, mine was last summer during a BCU 2 Star class that I was teaching . . .
Screwing around, showing off with a Derek Hutchinson special move . . dropped my paddle while moving backwards at speed and edging hard . . lost balance and capsized before I could grab a lung full of air . . tried a half-hearted hand roll and started to feel the water rushing to my sinuses . . I bailed before I even gave my hand roll a decent chance . . I'm not sure why I didn't grab my split paddle and roll with that. . . More than one student was surprised to see me swim but this one student started laughing and hasn't stopped laughing since . . so much for grace and composure under pressure. . . I'm still trying to master that DH special move!
