Hi Mick!

Well the kayak is made by a company called Trapper kanot.

It is made the trad. way by making a plug and lots of small plugs for coamings seat, bulkheads and stuff like that. The plugs are made of Divinycell

Hmm.. the hatches are kayak sports and they have a loose flange witch is glued on to the deck. there is a gavity in the deck so that the flange fits

If the kayak sells in descent numbers they are interested in some more glass models
