The stern skeg alone does a good job of compensating for most of the things that push you off course. The trouble then is how to make the boat turn. Your forward skegs (placed farther forward for more efficiency) would do a good job if you could stab them down to make a turn. The only drawback might be increased complication over making the rear skeg steerable or just lifting the rear skeg when you want to turn.
