Hi, I have been given a fiberglass canoe that is partly complete. From what I understand it was built from a mold. It then sat outside for 20 years. The surface is very rough on both inside and out. It does not have gunwales or seats yet. But I was wondering if I could fix up the “shell” by applying a smooth coating? Any idea’s where to start?
