Some months ago I asked about what was thought of Tri-marans. That is, building a Triak type sailing kayak as opposed to paying $4000. Curiously, that question met with a dull thud. No one seemed interested.
Triak claims there tri-maran [sailing kayak] can hit 15 to 20 mph and was used in a circumnavigational trip around cuba?
Since the craft is essentially a standard sea kayak with two pontoons, keel and sail. Why do you suppose the lack of interest? It seems like the most logical thing to explore.
