low,med volume double designs

I would like to build a med volume double, for a total payload of about 400 lbs max. Simple s&g . 19ft X 26 in.? any thoughts anybody? Something along the idea of a Wilderness Systems Echo in dimensions. thanks again to Nick Schade for the bb.
