No one parameter is going to be "most" important. I haven't tried to do it, but I can say with some confidence that you can not change one parameter (say Prismatic Coefficient) without effecting at least one of the other parameters and chances are you will change many of the parameter. A consequence of this is it hard to make a boat which is really "good" in one parameter yet really "bad" in another. If a boat is good or bad in any given parameter, chances are many other parameters are similarly good or bad. In other words if one design parameter is really "bad", enough other parameters of the boat will be "bad" that the whole boat will be no good.
The most important thing is that all the parameters be at least "pretty good".
