I purchased a program called TurboSketch from IMSI and simply input the numbers from the book into the X and Y coordinates. You have to be careful with the order you input because the program is a simplified CAD program and I used the snap to grid with the arc tool. If you input in the wrong order you get some strange lines. I then used the mirror command and ended up with perfect forms.
