Kris- I fish out of a Cape Charles, fast, no problem with wind, can go anywhere. Not alot of room for the things I want. Put the CC on saw horses three weeks ago to work on deck to hull problem, used my canoe to fish- first time to fish canoe in salt water- and took things I can not take on the CC. Small ice chest, larger tackle box, net and anchor. I am going to build the big Mill Creek this winter, I want the extra room. Two weeks ago I got to fish with a sit on top- wow - room for everything I had in the canoe, plus fast for a boat that stable. I have demoed 8 s.o.t. and the one I like the best is the Ocean Kayak Scupper Pro TW. The TW- tank well- is very stable, I am 235# and can sit on the kayak sideways with both feet in the water, can slide my butt forward to the bow hatch, or turn around to get into the rear hatch or tank well. These yaks set up very well for fishing, see link. As you can guess it will not be long before I have a s.o.t. - Deni
