Make sure that you have enough leg support from your seat. If your seat isn't deep enough or it doesn't offer enough support, you'll be constantly straining to keep your legs bent, and falling asleep can be the consequence. Try to pad the front of your seat to help angle your legs upwards towards the deck. Hope that helps.
