Fishing kayak

Could anyone recommend a good all-a-round fishing and day tripping kayak. I am looking for the best of both worlds, something: fast, manuverable, somewhat stable. preferably Stitch & glue from panels or strip built but if someone can show me a plastic one that might work (well maybe). None of the plastic models fit my needs, they are either for "fishing" like the pungo or to much for touring. I am looking for something in the 13'-14' range, nothing to big to turn around in smaller creeks. Any suggestions?
