True. And I've even picked a house up by hand without grunting, using only my own muscle as the source of energy. But it certainly didn't move very fast.

Living critters like ourselves are not infinite sources of energy, and have maximum levels, and even lower maximum sustainable levels. It takes more energy to get a heavier mass moving at the same velocity of a lighter mass, which taxes us as the source of that energy. We may not be able to provide it. That's all.
