George and Mike are correct, a linear scaling of the whole boat creates a linear proportional increase in volume. YOu can do as Mike suggests and repeat the center or your can increase the spacing of the central forms more than the end forms. You need to transition gradually between the different spacing to make the lines stay fair. For example increase the spacing of the center forms by 8" and as you go towards the ends reduce the spacing by 1". So the center forms are at 20", the next at 19", 18", 17" etc.
This increase the volume where it makes the most difference while still maintaining a reasonable shape.
