If you just increase the spacing between stations by 4in and there are 18 equally spaced stations stations to your plans, you will get a 24ft boat with 33% more volume. The shape of the boat will not come into play because you are distoring the entire boat evenly along one dimension.
It's no different than taking a 1 x 1 x 1 cube with a volume of 1 unit and stretching one dimension to make a 1 x 2 x 1 cube with a volume of 2 units.
If you only wanted to add a foot or so to the boat you could just add an extra station by duplicating the station at the widest part of the boat. That would add volume faster than it would add length. But I don't think it would work for a 4/3 stretch.
