Hi Nick -
It's not clear from the section how far back you carry the V-section. From a surfboard perspective, a little roundness 'belly' in front to cut chop, tapering to a flat midsection for trim speed, progressing to a slight V into the tail for ease in changing edges. I've never ridden a surf yak so I'm only projecting from surfboard design, but I'm pretty sure you don't want a v-hull for the whole length.
Looks sharp.
