After much digging online I've only seen one design optimized for smaller-framed people (the GE13 by Pygmy), and they dont sell plans just kits for it. It has all the characteristics I'm looking for, but I can get materials way cheaper here in Ft Laud.

Are there more well-designed smaller boats out there? Emphasis on well designed, not just smaller.
