I have built several model boats using the Carlson Design Hull program. The boats I built were actually designed at full scale but printed out on 11" x 17" paper. I then cut them out and taped them together. They fit perfectly. I took the same plans cut them out of 1/32" plywood and now own some really cool wood seakayak models. I'll send you the *.hul files. I also designed and am currently building a 7.5' kayak for my son using that program. Just write me and I will help you any way I can.
