i've been messing about with this design program that is available on the net (link below) and was wondering if anyone has any tips on using it. specifically i'm looking for a way to print station offsets, and an easy way to input some data for new kayak designs. Or if you know of a link to some files to use as a starting point that resemble a kayak.

along the same lines, has anyone used another program called Hulls found at http://www.carlsondesign.com/index.html -to actually build a plywood boat that can give some idea on how accurate and fair the expanded panel shapes are? Would you fair to the points listed as dimensions, or just use them as guides to lay out a batten and just split the difference between the points?

Thanks in advance for any pointers and advice. dave
