Dover Books, at www.doverpublications.com, is a leading source of copyright-free designs and motifs. They have several inexpensive books with many designs such as you wish.

This may be all that you will need to get an idea of how to decorate your boat.

If you don't want to spend the time painting, Dover has a $1 book of full color Northwest Indian stickers which you can just peel and apply.
